What you need to know for your short stay.....
We will supply music, linen and towels, shampoo, gas bbq, wood heater, mountain bikes and helmets and a 4 hole bush golf course (including clubs and balls) .
If you would like to make bookings for Restaurants or Wineries we will arrange this - please call before you arrive.
We are in the middle of working farm land - so we are not able to host your pets.
We offer a smoke free environment.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 3.00pm and Checkout at 11.00am please. If we are able to offer early check-in or a late check-out we will let you know
Cancellation policy
If you are unable to keep your booking and let us know more than 7 days in advance we will need to charge a 10% cancellation fee.
If you advise us within 7 days, because we have little chance of securing another booking, we will need to charge a 90% cancellation fee. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, so we would be very happy to credit this late fee against a future booking made by you
Security Deposit
We do not ask you to pay a Security Deposit. However, if damage was to occur or breakages we do reserve the right to charge to you cover the costs we incur
